Marketplace engineering

Get your product on a cloud marketplace and certified on first submission.

What we ship

A product listing on AWS Marketplace, Azure AppSource, or GCP Marketplace that customers can deploy in three clicks. SaaS contracts, CloudFormation transactional listing, or AMI as the delivery vehicle, picked based on your billing model.

Each engagement includes the packaging code, the listing artwork and copy, the EULA review, the test deployment customer guide, and the actual submission cycle. We have shipped six listings, five certified on first submission.

Why this is harder than it looks

Marketplace certification rejects more first-time submissions than it accepts. The reasons are usually subtle: wrong IAM role granularity, missing telemetry endpoints, EULA conflicts, a CloudFormation parameter the validator does not like. We know what each checker is looking for.

What you receive

Deliverables, by line item.

  • Packaged product (CloudFormation, SaaS, AMI, or AppSource)
  • Listing artwork sized for each marketplace
  • Listing copy that converts (no marketing fluff, real specs)
  • Telemetry pipeline back to your support tooling
  • First-submission cert handled end to end
How the engagement runs

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. 01
    Discovery call

Thirty minutes with the senior engineer who does the work. Your environment, your constraint, your deadline.

  2. 02
    Written scope in 48h

Deliverables, timeline, and one fixed price, in writing. Sign it through your normal procurement flow.

  3. 03
    Build in your tenant

Work lands in your repos and your cloud accounts from week one. A demo of working output every week.

  4. 04
    Handoff, documented

Runbook, architecture decisions, and a working session with your team. You own everything we built.
